Session 1
Narrowing
the problem
In this session you will guide your learners through a series of discussions and activities to explore key principles and concepts relating to restorative justice, transitional justice and then briefly introduce the purpose of a Truth & Reconciliation Commission (TRC).

Session 2
Conducting Case Studies
In this session you will guide your learners through a series of discussions and activities to explore different models of Truth & Reconciliation Commissions (TRC) and help them understand the difference between restorative justice, transitional justice and traditional justice processes.

Session 3
Supporting
the research
In this session you will guide your learners to inquire into case studies of Truth & Reconciliation Commissions (TRC) across the globe so that they can build a deeper knowledge of the stakeholders, activities and practices used that benefited the TRC process in different contexts.

Session 4
Building the solution
In this session you will guide your learners as they develop their very own TRC strategy by connecting their learnings from the previous sessions and collaborating to create an event fit for their community and context.
